Legend Development has focused on building communities and homes throughout the Eastern United States. Over three decades a lot can change, and a wave of new technologies has changed what the modern day building and home can be. Legend Development is working to build communities of the future.
Meet Bill Parker
... AKA the face of Legend Development. While building a career in the early 80's, he was always focused on the next project while designing, building and delivering the highest possible quality for my clients. This is what drove the client base to what it is today. Fast forward over 30 years, the focus is the same. Identify, design, deliver and close the deal. Now onto the future. Reinvent the home. Bill founded a new company specifically to do that, and Legend Development LLC was born.

We at LD will continue to investigate the terrain and see who’s out there working on the latest tech for energy creation and storage. And we want to interview these people and continue to explore all technologies available and what we can utilize in the future. Inevitably, we would love to build our own community utilizing and combining what we’ve learned. Researching what the benefits and learning what the challenges are.
DOCUMENTING THE PROCESS
One of our primary goals is to document the process and biography of Legend Development, showcasing the development of various forms of energy production, small and medium in scale. Through articles, podcasts, and a video documentary we will be showcasing techniques, systems, and products.
SOUND FLASH FILMS
We are partnered with Sound Flash Films, a production company based in New York. They will be following us throughout the Genesis Project as we test new technologies and speak to more experts in the field. We want to show the world our findings as we undergo the development of our own communities with our partners.
